While growing up in the family tavern owned by her parents for 41 years on the island of Syros, Maria developed a passion for good and delicious food at a very young age. Over the years she especially appreciated healthy and nutritious food and started experimenting in her kitchen. So in August 2019 she created @healthytasteland on Instagram, through which she intended to share her recipes combining love for cooking, healthy eating and photography, as she did. As a continuation of this effort, she entrusted us with the design and construction of her new website, where one can now find all her delicious creations.
